Rose Damask Absolute (Rosa damascena) The red rose is the symbol of passion and rose oil has traditionally been considered an aphrodisiac.  The scent is intense floral with a sweet-spicy note.  The aroma is calming, cooling and uplifting.  Topically it has excellent emollient properties that helps add and retain moisture to dry or mature skin.
